Nimishaa brings extensive experience counselling adolescents, young adults, and adults in clinical and educational settings.
With over a decade in mental health and well-being, Nimishaa began her career in Industrial-Organizational psychology, specializing in resilience coaching, leadership development, and career counselling. This diverse foundation enriches her holistic approach to supporting clients’ personal growth.
As a counsellor, Nimishaa creates a collaborative, safe space where clients can explore their difficulties and develop practical strategies for meaningful change and enhanced well-being. Her integrative approach combines Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Nimishaa is an active member of the Hong Kong Society of Counseling and Psychology, Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, staying engaged with the latest advancements in the field.
