Karen is a Hong Kong-based Sport and Performance Psychologist, Registered Practitioner of the International Society of Sport Psychology (ISSP-R) and first Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)® of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, USA in the greater China area. Named the 2023 Global Impact Award winner by the Boston University Wheelock College of Education and Human Development in recognition for her outstanding achievement and significant global contribution to the field of sport psychology, Karen has been a strong advocate and major driving force behind the field in Hong Kong and Asia. With over two decades of experience in competitive athletics, Karen has provided psychological support to numerous National Sport Associations and elite institutions, including the HK Jockey Club and the Golf Association of HK China. Her work spans from youth to Olympic athletes and includes collaboration with parents and coaches to foster positive competitive experiences for their athletes and performers. She is also the author of the first 2 sport psychology books of HK.
