Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?
No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another party or postpone your ticket to the 2025 edition.
Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?
Yes, you will be able download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of the conference. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.
Do you provide a certificate after the event?
Yes, we provide a certificate of attendance after the event.
Are refreshments provided?
Can I gain CPD points for this event?
HKICP members can enter the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Conference as CPD activity in their online CPD log. The Education and Professional Standards Committee will vet each member’s CPD log and confirm the final CPD points earned for 2024 CPD year.
