As a lead partner of a group of mental health professionals in Hong Kong (Therapy Partners), Andrew provides and oversees psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, and supervision, to individuals and families. He also oversees workplace behaviour change consultancy as Head of Psychology at En Masse. En Masse helps organisations in Asia-Pacific and internationally in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, workplace culture, burnout, equal opportunity and psychological health and safety. Andrew really enjoys the balance of providing mental health services to individuals and families, with delivering broader behaviour change consultancy to teams and organisations in Asia and Australia.
