Ms Vickineswarie Jagadharan has been with the educational sector for about nine years where she provides support for students and parents with emotional and /or behavioural difficulties. She also delivers training to teachers in the areas of social and emotional development of students. She regularly networks with professionals and social service agencies for counselling-related activities for students.
Vickineswarie has also given talks at different platforms – sharing tips and strategies to parents in managing challenging teens and understanding their mental health.

She has done volunteer work in Singapore and overseas with underprivileged children. She has also conducted workshops for them and their care givers on areas of resilience, self-esteem/self-worth and self-confidence.
Vickineswarie is also a Mindfulness Facilitator. She believes that most of the time we are deemed to be ‘living in our heads’ and not practicing mindfulness.
