Nathan Y. Andres is a results-driven coach, author and wellbeing guru. He is also a HR leader, culture and change driver. A man with many hats – Nathan is a strategic driver in the people & wellbeing space of industries like beauty, personal care, specialty toy manufacturing, luxury retail, high fashion and professional sports. As a seasoned HR Executive with more than 20 years experience, he has built tremendous success in all areas of human resources and wellbeing. He is also the author of the forthcoming book, Your REAL Life: Get Authentic, Be Resilient & Make it Count.

Nathan holds dual roles at the Body Shop International leading global wellbeing and serving as the People Director for Asia Pacific’s 22 markets. Previously, he has worked with Nanette Leopore, Major League Baseball, the Los Angeles Angels Baseball Club, Abercrombie & Fitch, Lane Crawford, The Marketing Store and Lululemon. Such involvements with big brands gave him both regional and local human resource and coaching experience as well as exposure to the many nuances of ‘lean business practice.’
