Where and when will the event be held?

It will be held on 21-22 November 2023. Exact venue to be confirmed and announced.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another party.

Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?

Yes, you will be able download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of the conference. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.

Can we choose our seats at the conference?

Seats may be allocated and pre-assigned prior to conference.
