Steven has worked in HR and Talent roles for over 25 years, in diverse organizations from start-up to large multi-national organizations, mostly in the high-tech industry (e.g. ebay and PayPal). Steven was born in the UK, and his passion for learning about different cultures has led him to live in Australia, US, Singapore and now Hong Kong.
During the pandemic Steven was Global Director of Talent for Edgewell Personal Care, where he led the Culture transformation, including the hybrid working initiative, driving empathetic leadership and increased focus on employee wellness. One year ago, Steven moved to the Hong Kong Jockey Club and in his role of Head of Talent and Learning continues to focus on employee wellness.
