This passionate advocate of mental health in the workplace graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology in the Philippines and earned a Diploma in Teaching and Supporting Children with Special Needs in Singapore. He completed his academic fulfilment under Master of Arts in Guidance and Counselling(MAGC) at the University of the Assumption and a double degree holder, Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Universidad International Isabel I De Castilla, Spain completed last October 2024. He is a pioneer graduate of the Asian Institute Management (AIM) School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL) as he finished the Human Resources Manager Development Program last August 2024 and recently completed as a certificated Paralegal at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, College of Law last August 2025.

He recently acquired his lifetime HR Licenses with a globally recognized level of achievement within the field of human resources from CPHR/CAHR United Kingdom and the prestigious CHRME Level 3 designation issued by the American Certification Institute, Delaware, USA. He was awarded with a Talent Management (Proficient) badge by Institute of Human Resources Professionals and as the Global HR Executive 2022 by the International HR Institute. Recently, he bagged the Top 100 Filipinos on Linked Into Follow for Leadership and Inspiration 2024, HR Icon Award 2025, Top 25 World HR (Philippines) 2025.

Jakeson is a co-host of The HR Café at Philippines HR Group (PHRG) through which he continues to share his expertise in the workplace, empower employees, and prepare millennials to corporate life.
