Karen Rose Vardeleon-Binayas, RPsy is the founding partner of Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services – Quezon City and President of Lighter Loads Wellness & Consultancy in Biñan, Laguna. She holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, an MA in Family Studies from Miriam College, and a BS Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas. A licensed Psychologist and Psychometrician, she is also a Psychological Association of the Philippines-Certified Specialist in Counseling and Assessment, and a Certified Positive Self-Regulation Coach for young children.

With 24 years of professional practice, Kay has served as guidance counselor for the University of Santo Tomas, counselor and formator for UGAT Foundation, and consultant psychologist for the Center for Human Resources Asia (CHRES). She is an active mental health advocate, and ranked #34 in the 2024 Top 100 Filipinos to Follow on LinkedIn for Inspiration and Learning. 

Kay is also a proud mother to Erin, age 5.
