Where and when will the event be held?

National Counselling & Psychotherapy Conference Philippines 2025 will take place in Manila on 18 November 2025. Exact venue to be confirmed and announced.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another party or postpone to the 2026 edition.

Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?

Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of the conference. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.

Can we choose our seats at the conference?

Seats will not be pre-assigned prior to the conference.
