He is skilled in therapeutic techniques like Gottman’s Couples approach, CBT, REBT, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused, Adlerian, Neuroplasticity and Narrative therapy. As a trained Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, Raman is skilled in integrating Yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices in building resilience, balancing chakra energy and holistic wellbeing. Raman holds a Masters of Science (M.S.) in Marriage, Couple & Family Counselling (MCFC), Walden University, USA, a CACREP accredited global specialization in couple and family therapy. He is an accomplished HR leader with over 30 years of Singapore, Asian and Global multicultural coaching, career counselling and mental health experience at Shell. Raman is a member of the American Counselling Association (ACA ) , a National Certified Counsellor (NCC) from the National Board of Certified Counsellors , USA (NBCC) and a trained Ashtanga Yoga teacher RYT 200 from Sivananda Yoga Center, India. Raman is an allied member of Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and a professional member of American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT).<\/p>\n
