The Living Free Institute was set up in 2017 by Dr Reshie Joseph. Dr Joseph\u2019s interest and passion is understanding the effects of stress, especially extreme stress on human beings. Why extreme stressors affect some people in one way and others in a completely different way, and how this knowledge can unlock the secrets to developing resilience to almost any stressor, and healing from almost any trauma.<\/p>\n

The primary mission and purpose of Living Free is to offer high quality, non-pharmacological clinical treatment to individuals with trauma and stressor-related disorders, substance use disorders, and other related mental health issues. Living Free is able to help people through the use of its clinical program, a fully manualised clinical system that has been slowly and painstakingly developed and refined over 15 years by Dr Joseph himself, to be highly effective in treating all manner of disorders and illnesses caused by, or related in some way to stress.<\/p>\n

Now that the effectiveness of this program has been proven in multiple locations and in multiple clinical settings, Dr Joseph and his team are looking to expand beyond the confines of Living Free, to teach his program and his methods to other clinicians, counselling professionals, coaches and anyone else working in, involved or interested in the trauma space, to train others in how to use this clinical program to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes in their own practice, or in their own lives.<\/p>\n
