Asha Dullabh is an international clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience across South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. Her work focuses on trauma-informed practice, workplace wellbeing, burnout, relationships, leadership and organisational culture across corporate, healthcare and educational settings. She is the founder of Well At Life, an integrative platform that translates psychological insight into practical approaches for healthier people, relationships and
organisations.<\/p>\n

Asha\u2019s approach is integrative, culturally responsive and grounded in contemporary psychological research. Drawing on extensive clinical experience within diverse multicultural environments, she is particularly interested in helping leaders and organisations respond to human vulnerability with greater psychological
understanding while maintaining professional boundaries, accountability and organisational requirements. She is currently beginning the next chapter of her professional and academic work in Malaysia.<\/p>\n
