After completing his psychology degree at HELP University, he pursued a Master of Clinical Psychology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Gary is the founder of MY Psychology, where he provides psychological assessments and psychotherapy services for adolescents and young adults facing concerns related to emotional well-being, relationships, self-identity, and life meaning.<\/p>\n

In addition to his clinical work, Gary actively advocates for mental health awareness in the community and has been featured in media including Astro AEC, 8TV, and Aifm. Besides being a TEDx speaker, he is also a certified HRD Corp trainer who conducts training for corporate organizations.
