Melanie is a registered, licensed counsellor, corporate trainer, educator and holistic wellness advocate from Malaysia. She has a combined experience of over 10 years working in the mental health and social services industry. The communities that she has provided her expertise to include patients with mental illness, substance abusers, trauma survivors and marginalized people. Equipped with a compassionate understanding of human behaviour, she aspires to share her knowledge to others who wish to rediscover themselves so that they can be the best they can be.<\/p>\n
Melanie believes that life is a series of choices we make. Her role is to facilitate the exploration of these choices and empower people to make the best choices for themselves. She incorporates humour and creativity in redefining the stories people tell themselves. As a trauma-informed practitioner, Melanie focuses on creating a safe space for her clients to begin their journey of self-discovery and growth.<\/p>\n
Melanie holds a Masters in Counselling and Bachelors (Hons) in Psychology from HELP University, Malaysia. She is also the current Vice President at , Persatuan Kebajikan Lestari Johor Bahru (Sustainable Living Society) and consults with Eve Psychosocial Wellness Centre & Raintree Specialist Clinic.<\/p>\n
