Bhakti Wong is yoga teacher, mindfulness mentor and Hakomi-trained somatic psychotherapist.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, Bhakti has worked to educate and empower thousands through transitions in life: from birthing the mother within, navigating divorce; recognising types of stress in children, understanding personal stress patterns and how to shift them; to aging gracefully by future-proofing your sex life and befriending menopause.<\/p>\n

In her work, the body is the starting point. Whether it is stretching the body, or a noticing of personal emotions when quiet with oneself, or a mindful observation of one\u2019s thoughts in meditation, it is the study of the body\u2019s sensations, or lack of, for revelations into the untold stresses held in our cells, hidden by our minds.<\/p>\n

She has conducted classes, trainings and workshops at international schools, local orphanages, private membership clubs, five-star hotels and finance companies.
Prior to being part of the holistic well-being industry, Bhakti has had over ten years in the corporate sector, lastly with an international media company. She grew up in six countries and ten cities, and developed along the way an understanding of multi-cultural environments and instilled a fluidity in responsiveness.<\/p>\n
