Dr. Jessica Tang is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong and a registered social worker specialized in family and mental health services. Her areas of work in mental health recovery, peer support, strength-based counselling, narrative therapy and systemic family invention. In recent years, Jessica has engaged herself in fostering compassion among undergraduates through experiential learning in counselling education. She has become a Certified Compassionate Mind Training Facilitator since 2021 and co-worked with students to develop teaching and learning resources to promote the mental wellbeing of students in higher education.<\/p>\n
