Her last corporate role was VP Group Organisational Wellness at Lane Crawford Joyce Group. Fulfilling a passion to help others elevate energy by creating a space of calm, Martha believes the solution to the growing epidemic of mental illness lies in looking to the past \u2013 ancient healing for modern times. Deep relaxation to the sound of meditation gongs, walking meditation on labyrinths and yogic practices all serve to relax, renew and rejuvenate at all levels for any age group. <\/p>\n

Her ultimate goal is for Hong Kong to serve as an example to the world by making a positive impact on emotional wellbeing through the introduction of simple, elegant, effective yet ancient in origin interventions.
