Steven was born in the UK, and his passion for learning about different cultures has led him to live in Australia, US, Singapore and now Hong Kong.
\nDuring the pandemic Steven was Global Director of Talent for Edgewell Personal Care, where he led the Culture transformation, including the hybrid working initiative, driving empathetic leadership and increased focus on employee wellness.
