She is a Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified Advanced Schema Therapist, and Registered Practice Supervisor (RAPPS), with a specialist focus on complex trauma and dissociation.<\/p>\n

Julia is the co-founder of TraumaDirectory.org, a global platform connecting trauma survivors with specialist therapists worldwide, and the founder of Nothing Happened\u2122<\/p>\n

Working at the intersection of EMDR, somatic awareness, and schema therapy, she helps clients complete interrupted stress responses and restore a genuine felt sense of safety, with deep expertise in complex trauma and dissociative presentations.<\/p>\n
