Guided by the principle that healing engages the whole self, Clare\u2019s integrative methodology bridges talk therapy with somatic practices like therapeutic breathwork. She utilises a framework of evidence-based modalities to help clients build upon their innate strengths and achieve meaningful, sustainable change.<\/p>\n

Born and raised in Hong Kong to biracial parents, Clare brings a nuanced cultural understanding to her work with both international and local communities.\u00a0 Her professional journey spans the NGO and education sectors, culminating in the recent establishment of her own private\u00a0practice. Her experience includes supporting youth as a school counsellor with academic stress, friendship dynamics, and self-esteem in the rapidly evolving online world. In her work with\u00a0adults, she has guided individuals through relationship conflict, parenting challenges, and the processing of complex trauma.<\/p>\n
