Jared brings a strengths-based, neuroaffirming lens to his practice, grounded in validation, empathy, humor, and deep listening. Jared specializes in DBT, ACT, SPACE (Support Parents of Anxious Childhood Emotions) and works in Schema and CBT.\u00a0 Jared believes that honoring neurodiversity isn\u2019t just good practice\u2014it\u2019s essential to helping people and families truly thrive.<\/p>\n
